I’ve got a Mr. Kossman as my court support attorney. He has many caseloads at a time and it may be difficult for him to reply Sometimes. But he has been very cordial and has been explaining everything in detail when I asked, I expected less and I’m very satisfied with the service so far.
I would consider getting a more qualified attorney for criminal cases. He doesn’t fight for you to get a good deal when there is room for him to fight. Do yourself a favor and pay for an attorney that cares about your outcome more than their income.

Was assigned as my public defender..... Didn't even know what he looked like until 10 minutes before appearing in front of the judge the first time. He lied to me about the plea bargain. Left a bunch of conditions out, therefore leaving me clueless in front of the judge. Then, right after the judge was thru speaking with me, Dan Kossmann took off- I never saw him again after that.. he didn't even have the decency to speak with me to atleast explain things after the judge was finished with me.
