Nothing but trouble I bought a dishwasher there and it is a lemon. I have had it for 5 months and I am on my 3rd service call. The same part keeps going out, yet they refuse to admit that they sold me a lemon and replace it. Thank goodness Oshkosh now has a Best Buy. I will never have to shop at Kossels again.
Service Center I highly recommend Kossels service center. They are one of the few honest appliance repair places. We have taken many of our appliances there to repair. If they are not worth repairing they are honest and let you know if you would be better buying new. Also you can buy refurbished appliances there. I bought my dryer used from them a few years ago and it is still working and it was at a fraction of the price of a new one.
I agree with the positive reviews Nearly 20 years ago, I stopped in to buy a used refrigerator. 'Ben' told me he had only one (promised me it was a really good one), but it needed a fan. I bought it 'as is', for $50 the part for $15, and I fixed it myself. I also bought a used Washer (got a real bargain on it) that 4 years later wouldn't pump out the water. OUTSTANDING!!! We have shopped at Kossel's for 40 years. We have bought every applicance we ever needed for our home and our rental. We have NEVER had any trouble with anyone in sales or service in that entire time. I would NEVER purchase a stove, fridge, microwave, tv, washer/dryer from any where else. If you need something fixed they order the part, the part comes in and they come to put it in....end of story. They show up when they say they are going to show up, unlike the "other" places. answer for doug. . . hey doug, have fun trying to even get best buy to DO a service call! how nice is it to call up an actual person, get a part next day, and have someone out there the next. i encourage you to shop there, and ask them what their service is like. you better pray nothing from there breaks. sincerely, a happy kossel's customer who knows she'll get taken care of
Appliance Purchases I have bought three appliances from Kossel's, a dishwasher, refrigerator and a washing machine. The purchases were several years apart. I had trouble with the dishwasher after I installed it and they came that day and fixed my error for free. The refrigerator was a display model and had a dent on the door. They said they would repair it if I purchased the refrigerator. I bought it and they ordered the part. They came and installed the part a week later. has everything Kossel's tv and appliances is a great store to shop if you are looking for used appliances still in wonderful working order. they sell everything from used t.v an dvds to used washer an dryer sets to ovens, refrigerators an microwaves and all at a reasonable price. this is a highly reccommended place for people on a budget.
Extremely poor Customer Service. Kossel's has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! Bob Kossel, never returns your calls or calls you back. I have never been treated so poorly. Bob Kossel, you should be embarassed to call yourself a business. Buyer beware!!
