Buy from Kossels - GREAT prices and GREAT service! We went all over the valley looking for a new appliance suite (upper end) for our new kitchen. Kossels was VERY competitive in price. Took awhile to get (due to manufacturer, not Kossels). A few glitches on their end ruffled my feathers, however.....THEY MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT! You do not get this service from Big Box stores. Mrs I had a just out of warranty Maytag Dishwasher and called Kossel's Service centre to take a look at it as I bought it from Kossel's Store. They were very quick to come out and ordered part that came in the next day. I made a call to Maytag to see if I could place a warranty claim, which they granted for parts only. Kossel's intalled the part and did not even charge me labour! Total time for the operation? Less than a week. OUTSTANDING service from Kossel's and Maytag! Thanks guys.
Marge Freda I have been doing business with the Kossel family for well over 40 years and not once have I had a bad experience. Mrs Kossel, Ben , Bob & Kathy plus their staff are exceptional busisess people and any time I have had any issue with my purchases, it is immedlately taken care of. There is no other service like this in our area! My sons, Tom & Todd also have done business with Kossel's as they have personally seen the exceptional service I have received over the years. 5 star rating!
Mr I have used Kossel's service center for repairs on a dishwasher and cloths drier. In both cases they were quick in responding to the repair request, the repairs themselves and their prices. I am pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone who wants quality and honest repair of their appliances.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had a scheduled delivery and made accommodations with our work so we could be home for the appointment. The service man did not show up at the scheduled 3pm we were told and when we called the office Cathy let us know that he must have gotten tied up at another home. Called her back to speak to the supervisor and was told I would get a call from Peggy in 5-10 minutes and did not receive a call. Called back and got a voicemail. Terrible Customer service.
