5 Star : Likely to Recommend I’ve never used another shop and never will. 5 Star : Repair Quality The repair was high quality and I am more than satisfied. 4.5 Star : Customer Service My only critique is that I was trying to arrange my drop off and rental pick up and the messages I left were never returned. I was never updated on the status of when my parts arrived and my car would be repaired. I had to call several times before someone answered and I was given a date to drop off my vehicle and pick up the rental.
