I just called inquiring about an appointment and the receptionist wasn’t very helpful. My insurance doesn’t issue ID cards since it’s connected through my county medical insurance and she refused to look up any more information. She did not want to schedule an appointment without the insurance ID # even though I specifically stated that I found this office through my employer vision provider locator. staff were very polite and funny, doctor was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns and questions. highly recommend :)
