I’ve been going to Kosmo in Rockville since I bought my house nearby in 2021. The salon itself is clean and very cute, and most of the nail techs do a good job. I really like their mind eraser pedicure which includes paraffin, callus removal, and an extended massage. However, their basic house pedicure is also great—and a great price!
