If I could give a 10 out of 10 stars on here I would. I started my lash journey with Katelyn and I have never been more satisfied. The amount of compliments I get from people about how good my lashes look is truly wild. I recommend her to everyone who asks. She's a great listener and also explains anything I may have questions about. Plus I have formed a strong friendship as she has a ease and peacefulness about the way she carries herself. Nice lady, but didn’t do my lashes how I asked. Granted, I have a very specific look I’m going for. I have been trying a few diff lash artists. I’ve found people have their own style and it’s difficult for them to do a diff one. She is good at a medium dramatic look. Not trashy. It still looks good, but obviously fake.
