Mail Order supply Kosman is one of few Office Supply company that I would never order from their catalog. They are not cheap! There has been a couple of time that we ordered our copy machine cartridge here and it was definately cheaper but the cartridge contained only half the ink as the regular cartridge that we usually buy. Plus by the time you pay for the stiff shipping, you haven't saved a penny.
BAD Service -- ruined furniture & hardwood floors! I bought an expensive desk from Kosman and the delivery service dragged the desk on hardwood floors! The floors can't be resurfaced or refinished because the damage and depth of the scratches are too deep. Further, the desk was not even covered when they were moving it into my home office and it got damaged when they hit one of the corners of the stairwell and took off a portion of the corner wall with it. They also charged me (after-the-fact) an additional $450 for removing... read more
Service Delivery was super quick and the guy who delivered was pretty nice. On the phone they were even nicer and now the call me up making sure I've got what I need.
