Can’t even fix washers and dryers after a month of them being broke. Charged us 200 extra dollars to live here but can’t keep up maintenance. Pathetic
First I just want to say, Chris who is the Manager, has been nothing but kind, respectful, helpful, and responsive. Anything negative I am about to say is all Northern Management. The majority of my stay at Koslo Park was under another company, but this new one is crooked. The buildings are older - that includes all appliances and shared laundry (I’ve included photos). We lived in this place for 4 years and have had a positive experience with it (aside from neighbors). The apartments are very well kept, the property is well maintained. Chris, the landlord, is definitely a great guy. He's very profession and prompt. I've chatted with him a few times here and there and definitely a cool guy to talk to.
