They did a great job my rugs and the technicians that came to my house were friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use them again next time I need my rugs cleaned.
I have used Koshgarian Cleaners for many years with medium satisfaction. I stopped taking an antique Kerman there as I thought the colors had run while at Koshgarian. Most recently I mistakenly took 2 older Turkish silk rugs. Both were beautiful but one was truly a work of art. I asked them carefully if they knew how to clean such things and they assured me they did. Unfortunately they are all but ruined. They were reduced from valuable artwork almost to rags. The best carpet cleaners anywhere. Excellent service, reliable and professional. They also do a great job cleaning stone!
Worst experience ever....our carpets SAT AT their warehouse for over a month. When we picked them up they smelled so badly they had to be recleaned. They still smell, and we are out $300.00. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, WILL SHARE MY BAD EXPERIENCE TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
