I completed the psychoeducational program at Kosha Health & Wellness and was blown away. Kristen is so friendly and supportive in all areas. I was able to learn a lot and truly understand what was going on in my head and how I can work around that and live a fulfilling life. Would recommend to anyone interested in making a change and getting a fresh perspective on their mental health!
