Thank you Kosh for helping Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity better manage our internal systems in order to get our email marketing open rates higher. As a nonprofit we rely heavily on email communication to engage with donors and volunteers. Kosh was very responsive and knowledgeable during our interactions. When I called, the ladies answering the phones were always fast, pleasant, and informed. On occasion we would hit a snag with getting some hardware and once I had to call them up about a billing mistake but they changed it and made thing right.
