This place is legit. The Coaches make the difference through their energy, motivation, encouragement, and professionalism. Workouts are tailored to all fitness and skill levels, and strategically planned throughout the week to work every muscle. It’s like having a personal trainer. I bought the Groupon to try it out. I found that I could no longer push myself so I quit my other gym. I love the energy of the group. Their promise of Total Body Transformation is no lie. In only three weeks (and low carbing) I look like a completely rejuvenated person. Of course I will continue on at this place once my five weeks are up. I love the instructors and the camaraderie of all the people who attend. I also am getting fitter and stronger, which is ultimately what I have been after.
