I'll start by saying I had to fight to get the apartment I got, so they did work worth me there. However, me thinking they were more respectable as a business, I did capture images of the place before we ever moved things into the apartment, things that should have been reported from prior tenant, especially since the carpets were dirty and stained, and a fireplace tile was broken, and so on. Today I submitted my las pay rent. I’m moving out of state at the middle of September. I been here in Green Bay 7 years and I been living the same amount of time in one of Kos units, and I been BLESSED. Every time that I ask for repairs or have any complaints they always been available. I just want to thank all the personal at the office, and all the employees. Thanks for everything a God Blessed you all. 🤗
Update: I will not remove my truthful review of KOS management despite its attempt to discredit me and question my character in its reply. I don't want others to experience what I did. If a business does great work, I am very complimentary at the point of purchase to not only staff, but managers. Original Review: If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent from these crooks.
