This will be my third year renting, and I want to say that Kos has been good to us. The current Google rating doesn't reflect the hundreds of satisfied tenants! I wanted to give a special shout-out to Trent from maintenence, we know we're in good hands when he's making the rounds!
I've really enjoyed living here. The apartments at 1340 Huron rd are comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. What stands out most is the management team – they're consistently friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, they've been helpful and professional. It's refreshing to live somewhere where the staff actually cares about residents. Terrible company. Lived there for 7+ years only to be nickel and dimed upon leaving. After my security deposit was returned I received an additional illegal charge for carpet repair caused by poor construction of a door continually rubbing on the carpet. They claimed my cats caused the damage when it was very obviously directly in the doorway and was because the door was rubbing on the floor. Completely unreachable :/ I've been trying to inquire about the pecan st apartments since NOVEMBER and have gotten 0 responses. I've tried email, phone, zillow, rent.com, and apartments.com. Kind of sucks because I'm just looking for somewhere to live.
Driveways need to be repaired BADLY. Starting to slowly become a safety hazard with puddles forming. Rent has increased yet again but what has improved in terms on quality in the property?
