Terrible company. Lived there for 7+ years only to be nickel and dimed upon leaving. After my security deposit was returned I received an additional illegal charge for carpet repair caused by poor construction of a door continually rubbing on the carpet. They claimed my cats caused the damage when it was very obviously directly in the doorway and was because the door was rubbing on the floor. Completely unreachable :/ I've been trying to inquire about the pecan st apartments since NOVEMBER and have gotten 0 responses. I've tried email, phone, zillow, rent.com, and apartments.com. Kind of sucks because I'm just looking for somewhere to live.
Driveways need to be repaired BADLY. Starting to slowly become a safety hazard with puddles forming. Rent has increased yet again but what has improved in terms on quality in the property?
I'll start by saying I had to fight to get the apartment I got, so they did work worth me there. However, me thinking they were more respectable as a business, I did capture images of the place before we ever moved things into the apartment, things that should have been reported from prior tenant, especially since the carpets were dirty and stained, and a fireplace tile was broken, and so on. Today I submitted my las pay rent. I’m moving out of state at the middle of September. I been here in Green Bay 7 years and I been living the same amount of time in one of Kos units, and I been BLESSED. Every time that I ask for repairs or have any complaints they always been available. I just want to thank all the personal at the office, and all the employees.
