First appointment I made to check out a vehicle, the used car manager refused to negotiate my trade value so I walked; the next morning a different manager Mike Johnson called and told me he could do better so I came back in, they offered me 2k more for my trade and $500 off the price of the car, a deal I was pretty happy with. Bate and switch pricing, no attempt to resolve, hiding behind an Internet pricing disclaimer....poor customer service and satisfaction experience, very disappointed. Strangely enough they don't want to sell to an out of state buyer, seems discriminatory....internet sales team was awesome, the sales management team experience deplorable.... major disconnects and an unwillingness to mediate and find common ground.
