Bate and switch pricing, no attempt to resolve, hiding behind an Internet pricing disclaimer....poor customer service and satisfaction experience, very disappointed. Strangely enough they don't want to sell to an out of state buyer, seems discriminatory....internet sales team was awesome, the sales management team experience deplorable.... major disconnects and an unwillingness to mediate and find common ground.
