I’ve bought a lot of cars and don’t trust sales people. But, my experience with Korum Lincoln was amazing. I heard great things about Frank Potis and he did not disappoint. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
These folks have been selling and servicing cars here in Puyallup for a looooooong time. If you know much of the history of Ford and Lincoln / Mercury cars and sales in the US, you can see Korum as part of that. Some other dealers have come and gone, but in my experience Korum customers tend to stick with them. The staff were very friendly and made sure my wife and I were comfortable throughout the process. Melody in sales was extremely knowledgeable and took extra time to explain all the crazy bells and whistles on our new Nautilus.
