We traded in a Ford Explorer for a used Lincoln Nautilus to tow behind an RV. Sales team was quick and responsive to our online questions. Pricing was fair. Negotiations were pleasant. Frankie is a knowledgeable detail-oriented salesman with extensive experience in new and used vehicles. Finance and General Sales Manager Paul Macfadden made the deal stress free and enjoyable. I have completed two vehicle purchases through Korum, however, my most recent experience was severely deficient. I am extremely disappointed by the inadequate communication and lack of responsiveness from both the sales team and finance specialist. My inquiries regarding optional warranties remained unanswered for two weeks despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, phone, and in-person visits.
