TLDR: Avoid the service department! Took almost 3 months to get my car fixed, non-existent communication, and vehicle returned to me without floor mats. I brought my car in for an error code that necessitated an engine replacement. I knew this would take a few weeks after I dropped the vehicle off since they had to diagnose it, order the engine and have it shipped, and there were other vehicles in the queue ahead of me. While the service department front staff was very kind and helpful, especially DJ, it turns out the fact that I made an appointment nearly two weeks ago meant nothing. Sales sold some vehicles and apparently decided it was worth inconveniencing their current customers to push those cars ahead of those already scheduled for service.
