Mike and Andrew were great to work with. You can tell they really care about their customers here. 10/10!!! Edit to add: Sam from Finance was great! Explained things at a perfect pace to not get things confused and answered any questions we had.
Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle ever. The team was very very transparent and fun to deal with. If you’re considering buying a vehicle I’d definitely check them out. Mike the salesman was fantastic as well as the manager Andrew. Very good people.
Korum Hyundai provided a no hassle trade in and buying experience. It felt very low pressure and everyone was very kind. REPORT your horrific experiences with Korum Hyundai to the Better Business Bureau and file an online complaint with the WA State Dept of Attorney General through their Consumer Complaint form (easy / takes 5 mins.). The worse car trade situation I have ever experienced. I stopped in, ready to buy. After making me wait for nearly 1/2 hour while they did figuring, their trade-in offer was $5,000 below Kelly Blue book. I walked out. I had given them my email, so they were able to contact me later. They raised their offer to $4,000 below Kelly. Their reasoning for such a low offer was because of my trade-in's incredibly low mileage (8 years old; 17,000 miles). They told me that customers won't pay Kelly price for cars with low mileage.
