Our experience with Stephanie Jimenez at Koru Wellness was very concerning. Our teenage son saw Stephanie for approximately eight months for depression and anxiety. EDIT: I have since been able to get my insurance to refund me part of the money I was incorrectly charged by Koru and now Koru refuses to pay me the remaining portion that they owe me for the mistake THEY made. Go somewhere that will be honest and take accountability for their mistakes. My therapist was great and most of my ketamine sessions were good aside from the time the headphones died and took me out of the experience entirely and therefore felt like a wasted experience.
