Rachel has been incredibly helpful in working through binge eating and continuing to develop a more well rounded/mindful mental outlook. 100% would recommend her services.
Rachel is amazing. She's not the first therapist I've ever seen, but she is the best. I've been seeing her about a year, and she's really helped me to altered my perceptions, and in turn, my reality. She's intelligent, thoughtful, insightful, and funny (not that being funny is a prerequisite for mental health counseling, but it makes the sessions more enjoyable when the person is actually nice to be around).
I appreciate having an evidence-based eating disorder therapist to refer to! Rachel provides quality nurturing care to our mutual clients. She is a thoughtful, caring, evidenced-based counselor who I will continue recommending clients to.
