Very proficient. My 2 incisions in my right middle finger healed beautifully. I did not take any pain medication at all. Very caring and attentive.
I tore my biceps completely. Dr. KJ was really amazing. He's got great bedside manners, he is friendly, and to the point. He really knows what he is doing. I loved his confidence which put me at ease with my decision. I am glad he did my surgery, and I strongly recommend Dr. KJ.
Dr. Korsh Jafarnia is excellent in his field! Following surgery, there was no pain and complete use of my hand was available immediately. He explained everything and told me exactly what to expect and I went to physical therapy one time and was able to do everything required! He is one of the best surgeons I have ever had!
I had a trigger finger release with Dr. Jafarnia recently. Each person I met on his team the day of surgery was amazing in demeanor and how they worked together. I found the same to be true at my 2 week follow up. My recovery is going well because of the way the surgery was completed. Dr. Jafarnia and his staff were sensitive to special needs I had related to anesthesia, which resulted in my having no problems with it. I am grateful to have been referred to this doctor.
Superb surgeon and physician! I had a fractured humerus that would not heal on its own. Dr. Jafarnia performed an ORIF on my broken bone. I had no complications at all after the surgery that lasted about 3 and a half hours. Heck, I didn't even need pain killers while I was recovering from the surgery. Eight months after surgery my humerus was fully healed. I highly recommend Dr. Jafarnia!
I highly recommend Dr. Jafarnia and his team at Houston Methodist. I was treated for Dupuytrens Contracture, including hand surgery, followup and physical therapy. The entire process, from consultation through scheduling, surgery, pain management, physical therapy, and managing paperwork was efficient and easy at top notch facilities with highly professional, responsive and attentive staff. I was diagnosed with an ulnar nerve impingement and referred to Dr. Jafarnia. After a very short consult and review of my records he recommended surgery. I asked him what alternatives I had and he said there weren’t any. Fast forward 4 years later; my arm/elbow functioning well, no numbness in my fingers that I constantly had. Explained every aspect of the procedure to be performed from start to finish. All went extremely well, and as explained.
What a pleasant doctor. He told me what was wrong, why it hurts, and then made me smile when he sketched it out with is pen on my hand. Surgery pain was not bad, except the first night. Best of all, he did such a good job, that he said I can now go fishing!
