I went to Dr. Jafarnia thinking I had carpal tunnel. Turned out I have arthritis in my hand. However, I mentioned that my fingers go numb sometime. After testing it was found that I had a pinched nerve in my elbow which was leading to muscle loss in my hand. If I had not gone to Dr. Jafarnia, this may not have been diagnosed. He performed surgery after which I had very little pain. Dr. Jafarnia is tops in my book and I will not hesitate to recommend him.
One of the best surgeon I've ever met. Incredible accuracy and precision in his surgery as if he was doing plastic surgery. Almost no visible scar within weeks and recovery was much faster and easier than I expected. He clearly takes great pride in his work and great care for his patients.
As a violinist, my hands are my livelihood. Dr. J did a trigger release surgery on a finger, and I sailed through. Everyone who works with him has the highest regard for him...medically and personally.

I was referred to Dr Jafarnia for a broken elbow, we chose not to do surgery and we opted for aggressive physical therapy. Two years later i am working out 4-5 times a week and returning to him for carpal tunnel surgery. He and his staff take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable with your options. i would highly recommend him.
Dr. Jafarnia and his staff go above and beyond to make the patient feel welcome and at ease. I had a lipoma removed from my forearm and in less than a month, you could barely see where the incision was. I felt in the best of care and highly recommend he and his staff to my family and friends.
Dr Jafarnia provided excellent care for my recent hand surgery. He was available to see me quickly and answer my questions. Additionally, his staff was professional, yet super friendly and caring. The Methodist office is in an easy to access facility on I-10 at Campbell. I highly recommend this surgeon.
Dr. Jafarnia is a great surgeon. This practice is what a doctor's office should be like in every way. Excellent care by competent and friendly people. Clean, beautiful, and conveniently located facility. They are wonderful!
