I have used Korschots for routine servicing after a home purchase. Recently my 21 year old HVAC system was on its last leg and they were prompt to take a look. Andy looked at everything and explained the situation. As a senior, I want not only a good value, but reliable service and Korscotts has delivered both. I will recommend them to family and friends.
They answered and sent a technician right away. Tech did a great job.
My wife and I have used Korschot's Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. During our recent annual inspection, we learned our aging furnace needed to be replaced as well as out undersized central air system. Korschot's came to our home to help resolve an issue with what we thought, was an older furnace. The circuit breaker kept tripping. They diagnosed the problem to POSSIBLY be the blower motor or circuit board, but were really not convinced either was the root cause. We ruled out the circuit board and decided to try a new motor. On a 2nd visit a technician showed up with the new motor. This technician had the furnace disconnected from the power and decided to close the breaker; it tripped again!!! Very friendly and concerned about my problem. Was willing to come out next day. #1 thing is they don’t give you a time block. If they say 1:00 they come at 1:00. None of this between 1:00-3:00 crap.
