The pay was pretty good but honestly not worth the constant mindgames and the overall toxic environment amongst everyone from all 3 shifts in my department. One minute everyone's nice to me, the next minute I'm being belittled, given the silent treatment, and other things that made me question myself and my capabilities. Company was also very quick to fire people and didn't care what the circumstances were. Overall, I don't recommend working here unless you thrive on toxic people and/or toxic environments.
