The staff at Koro Jewellery are so helpful and absolutely amazing! I came in to browse some engagement rings and Lily was super helpful! She took the time to explain the differences in diamond clarity and colour introducing me to things I hadn't even considered when looking at rings. 10/10 service!

I highly recommend Koro! Lily is a fantastic sales manager — attentive, easy to talk to, and a great listener. I came in with a solitary sapphire I’d been saving (a gift for my 40th birthday), plus some Pinterest inspiration, and she helped me turn it into exactly the ring I had in mind. Sourcing the small light blue accent gems was a bit tricky, but Lily made it happen. I received my ring within a few weeks and under budget — I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
