Steer clear of Korn's Appraisal. First, the price of the appraisal was over a thousand dollars for a residential home. Second, they appraised our house against homes in different neighborhoods lowering the value to the point that it ruined the chance of us refinancing. I'm stuck with a higher interest rate now and still had to pay for the appraisal. Also later found out the appraisal was done by an intern, not an actual appraiser.
