Great experience here. In the dental chair, I saw Helen, and it was the most relaxing and quick clean I’ve had in Brooklyn. Also and easy, professional exam with the Dentist. The waiting room was full when I walked in, so I was initially worried. But the office team is really efficient and friendly, so I was seen in no time. They’re probably popular because most patients are having a positive experience. The mood was unusually light in the waiting room. Definitely coming back.
Customer service is horrible.
Horrible experience. Too bad there are no negative stars to give this place.
Messed up my appointment gave me some old lady to clean my teeth left before she can butcher me up.
