We were very impressed with the quick response from Sergey after a tree fell and damaged part our roof. He worked with us and helped us work with our insurance company. He answered all our questions wihout rushing us or sales pressure; a total pleasure to work with. Mike and crew did an amazing job replacing our roof right down to replacing all the plywood. Actually, it was much better than a five star rating. Excellent crew of workers. Very hard. Workers stayed until the job was done. Would highly recommend them to anyone. The owners were very knowledgeable. Very helpful top-of-the-line service. When we called to get an estimate, they called us back the same day very happy with their service
I would highly recommend Mike from Blue Bird Roofing! I made multiple calls to local roofing companies and Blue Bird was the most responsive. Answered the phone at 8 am on a Monday, followed up via text, offered timely updates on his ETA and fixed my roof the same day. He was professional, respectful of the new upstairs carpet when inspecting the attic, communicated the issue clearly, and most importantly resolved the leak and offered a very reasonable price. He was personable and his expertise was greatly appreciated.
I had a leak coming down my Vent pipes after the crazy storm last week. Blue Bird had helped fix a previous leak on my roof 4 years ago so I reached out to them and immediately got a response. Sergei came out, took a look and gave me all options and showed me pictures of the issue. He was kind enough to do a basic seal (which fixed the problem) for free! BlueBird roofing is prompt, professional and personable. Sergey came out, did an estimate and explained our issue was cosmetic only and outlined our options. I wish all home contractors were as easy and transparent to deal with. Would completely recommend and trust them for any work going forward!
