Don’t use this company they totally disrespect their customers with veterans disability they don’t honor warranties and you have to fight to get what you paid for

This warranty company is full of a bunch of liars and representatives who manipulate the contracts when you buy a contract expecting service especially big services. They deny them expect you to go away. Honor about December 2025 I had an issue with my transmission and other issues with oil conception. Garbage, save your money
First this business is not a BBB accredited. My issue seems to fit in with so many others is that we pay for a service that this company seems not to Provide. I would advise anyone that has any type of coverage to find someone else don't waste your money also we have to look at any dealership that offers them are questionable... side not they get 1 star because unable to not give a star
When I tried to make a claim for a blown tire from a pothole, they denied me. It was terrible - I literally got the insurance for just this kind of situation, and they cheated me out of coverage on a technicality!
Dennis, the only claims adjuster (apparently), is holding up an engine replacement for my Fiat with 40k miles. I brought it to Fiat (the experts on Fiat repairs) who said the only fix they will do is an engine replacement because it has internal failure, and he doesn’t understand or believe them for some reason. He is telling them to take out the oil pain (which will cost me another $300 minimum) after $600 in diagnostic tests that he still won’t agree with, and they are advising against that.
