very unprofessional front desk girl. I called to make an appointment and she said "we dont take your Blue Whatever insurance"
Due to her negligence and incompetence, me and my mom almost died because she didn’t realize that the monitor was unplugged. I would have been dead right now if it were not for one of the nurses. Stay away from this lady. Should not be a doctor.
Stay away from dr. Krol. Overcharging, Lying in her reports. Few years back she was removing IUD. Charged almost $3000 for the procedure and in her report showed that she is doing completely different procedure.
Dr Krol is the best of the best.I have been her patient for 20+ years.She is a fantastic doctor ,a true professional who cares about her patients. Wherever she goes I go too.
