What these guys are doing as in sharpening and getting your babies feeling like hatori hanso steel is beyond mind blowing. Super satisfied with the way they sharpened my knives. I had one that some dumb ass piece of shit coworker decided to use as a drum stick and they got my baby(I’ve had this knife for like 12years) feeling as the day I first got her if not maybe even better and sharper
It was more than I could imagine getting to visit the store in person. And getting to meet Vincent and watch him do the uraoshi service on my knives was awesome.
