Korin is the best knife shop around. They've always been helpful and know what there is to know about knives. Keep doing what you do korin!
The knife selection is amazing. The sharpening service is weak. I even brought back the knife they 'sharpened' because it came to me dull. They hand it to their 'master' on the spot. He spent 5 min and made no difference. I don't need a razor blade, just something to cut raw chicken. I am a regular person and not a competitor or paid shill.
