I've been shopping with Korin since 2004, great company and one of the first to make fine Japanese cutlery easily accessible to us here in the States. Customer service is great and if they don't have something you are looking for they will find it!
Even though I knew of Korin before I visited Manhattan on business, I didn't realize it was so close. I stumbled on it 2 years ago, and what a blessing! World class knives and a world class staff. I can't wait to get back!
