I recently had an unfortunate experience here. I scheduled and confirmed an appointment last week, but when I arrived today, I encountered some unexpected issues. I was told that I needed a transfer number, which had not been mentioned during the scheduling process. This created confusion and made it difficult to move forward. Dentist was great - the girl at the desk stole $160 from my bag while I was in the back, only reason I’m 100% is bc I took my nose ring out of it and folded it into the bills for X-rays….she was adamant about me hanging my bag up ….. when I was done the money was gone and I confronted everyone and nothing was done about this and bc they were closing I couldn’t call cops bc no one waited after I said what I was going to do.
