Really frustrating phone system. I called the number on my insurance card (my insurance card is fairly new, so the number must not have been updated with the insurance company) and received a Verizon error message that then disconnected. I tried several more times, thinking they might be on a lunch break. Finally, I called the number I found online and was told the soonest they could see me was a week later for an illness. All around, it has been a very frustrating experience.
I had my first visit with Dr. Korff and he is very Knowledgable, Experienced and Nice. He provided Excellent Care. Also, Andrea, the Nurse, was genuinely helpful and Courteous. I do recommend Dr. Korff and Optum for your healthcare needs.
Worst doctor ever!!! Horrible bedside manner and he’s always late! He never lets you speak and always rushed you outta the room. Stay away from him and this office Optum.
