WISH I COULD THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PISS POOR!!! HAD A SORRY EXCUSE OF AN EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS IN HUMAN RESOURCES GET AN ATTITUDE & HANG UP ON ME BECAUSE I CALLED ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS TO ACCESS THE FACILITY MIND YOU THEY CURRENTLY HAVE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN FRONT ON THEIR BUILDING SO GPS SHOWS THAT YOU CANT ACCESS THE DRIVEWAY., IF THATS YOUR REPRESENTATION OF HR OVER THE PHONE THEN I FEEL BAD FOR THE ACTUAL EMPLOYEES AND I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO FILE A COMPLAINT

I had a very disappointing experience with Korex, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The management here is incredibly unprofessional, and the communication is misleading at best. I applied for a position through an agency called Centerline, believing it was a long-term role. I was assured by the dispatcher that the position as a switcher on the night shift was permanent, and I even had the email confirmation stating that they needed someone for the long term. I spent more than 3 hours in getting loaded, and I don't recommend it to drivers to come here.

I arrived at 8am for my appointment at 9:30am, was unloaded by 8:40am, and plenty room for docking, As soon as you see the sign for Korex and 50000 sign with blue and white letters make a right an the driveway, plenty room to stage and overnight parking, i stayed after the delivery by the long driveway. Nobody bother me. Very good working attitude
