My appointment was scheduled at 4pm I was not roomed until 5:40pm. When I went into the room it was dirty, not cleaned between patients. She did not say much scrolled on her computer when I asked her questions she showed me Images on google. Did not seem to be up to date with medicine. Dismissed my thoughts and told me there is nothing wrong and to follow up with my doctor
The doctor is very thorough with her questions, etc. since this is a Telehealth call (since Covid). I was told yesterday from her secretary that I am patient #11. I started seeing her when I was 26. I’ll be 60 soon, so she’s been my Neurologist for about 26 years!! That’s how wonderful she is! Great bedside manner, also! She’s so friendly!!!
My husband went to her a few times. Never has any answers or suggestions. Spends most of the visit just typing on her computer than with the patient. She does the bare minimum. Once she couldn't even be bothered to get my husband's test results to go over with him at his appointment. She said I don't have the results and that was all. Don't recommend. Also, the waiting room door is kept locked and they don't answer their phone or respond to knocking on the door, so my husband who is disabled and can't stand for long periods ... read more
Never have I witnessed such a display of such uncaring rude people. The secretary was so rude and the Doctor was a close second. I will never go back there. They're out of the Twilight Zone somewhere
Horrible, arrogant doctor. Typically when your arrogant, you have something to be arrogant about. My father was sent to Landmark after having a stroke and she told us we wait and see. Luckily a few hours later we transferred him to Rhode Island Hospital where they relieved the pressure from his brain. If we would’ve stayed in her care he would have died. How she still practices is beyond me but stay very far away from this “doctor”.
Dr Korennaya was extremely rude and very arrogant!!!!!!! I ended up walking out of there! I would never recommend her to anyone!!!!!!!! On to find another caring doctor!
