I love my new landscaping! Not being a gardener myself, I relied completely on Paul's suggestions and advice based on my request for low maintenance but colorful summer blooms and some greenery throughout winter. I prefer a “natural” vs. highly manicured look and am extremely happy with the outcome. Spent $1700 on 3 trees that Paul replaced after solicitation on our HOA Facebook last fall after the tornado here in Frankfort. This spring, one tree is still suspect if it will matriculate and grow. Other 2 seem okay. After asking over a week now and being promised by v/m and a second text this morning that a quick check was going to be done on the tree/s planted, with a response of no-one out….is disheartening to us. $550 on a tree is still, $550 a tree. We recently worked with this company, and the owner, Paul, a local Frankfort guy! I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. From the very first conversation, Paul went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Working with Koreman landscape was a great decision. We had a beautiful flagstone walkway put in from the front to backyard and it looks amazing. We also had some grass repair and lawn leveling that needed to be done, along with installing mulch and cleaning up some planting areas. The crew did an amazing job and they always make sure to clean up after themselves, which is appreciated. We also use Koreman for weekly lawn maintnance and fertilization and we are very happy with that as well.
Please avoid!!!! After the first winter, everything discharged and collapsed .... The experience is very unpleasant. For us, this happens first time when people don't understand what you say and do a completely non -professonal. I don't understand where such good feedback comes from
