Gym is small, feels like you’re working out on top of people. Some of the machines are on the brink of breaking down and don’t get fixed for a long time. New machines were brought in throughout my time there but feel cheap. Sauna doesn’t even heat up like a normal one. My wife was pregnant for the majority of her membership and was told she couldn’t freeze it unlike many other gyms I have previously signed up for. This is the only full-service gym in Flushing (which I appreciate) however it’s extremely disorganized and hazardously cramped. No one re-racks their weights in the proper spots and sort of just leave them around, and the staff is very selective about who they reprimand for not re-racking. The machines, benches, and other workout equipment are all kind of jumbled together with no clear walkways, making the whole place feel like a maze.
