They have job listings with extremely outdated description. One wanted you to earn a certification within 18 months of hire, but the certification has been extinct for years and you can’t even get it. Along with the fact the “recruiters” know nothing about the actual job and rush the phone call. When a recruiting firm is blasting out a job with an extremely outdated description, it’s not a good look at all, they could not even be bothered to fact check the description….
