Kelsey is amazing. She’s extremely knowledges and I love my orthotics. She’s gone above and beyond in helping me. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone
This is hands down the best place to get orthotics in Toronto. Kelsey is probably one of the most friendly, upbeat people I've ever met, and she and Noel have been really willing to work with me to design a very unique orthotic that fits my highly specific needs (owing to some significant health issues at least in part caused by my flat feet), and then spending quite a lot of time refining it with me. I’m very self-conscious about my feet, so I was extremely anxious before my initial appointment. However, the office was spotless, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming. I worked with Justin, whose ability to connect with me personally and his attention to detail exceeded my expectations. When I first received the orthotics, the break-in period was uncomfortable, but Justin reassured me it would improve—and it did! I highly recommend KORE Pedorthics to anyone!
I’ve had an amazing experience with Kore pedorthics, specifically with Kelsey. I have been in severe pain for months to the point where I had trouble walking a few blocks due to bone spurs in both feet. Kelsey got me seen quickly and has shown such patience, kindness, compassion, and a genuine concern for my health and well being through this whole process.
