I've had many previous issues with my bike and when I brought it to Kore they helped show me what was wrong and showed me multiple different options to fix it at different price points and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each option. The manger Randy was super nice and very knowledgeable and really takes care of his customers. I have since gone back multiple times any time I need new gear or other repairs or maintenance and he has always had very fair prices and quick service. Great customer service and bike service on repairs. Ryan, the owner, and his shop crew were great. They did not try to sell me parts I didn’t need and made it a point to show me what repairs were actually needed. They back up their work, and I will definitely go back for any future repairs. Highly recommend this place.
