My husband Victor and I walked into Kore North a couple weeks ago on the recommendation of out friend Kate Ostrom. We did not expect what we would find. Great selection of bikes, and Ryan really knows his stuff. Helped me figure out the right frame for the bike I wanted to build and just made the whole buying process a breeze. If I have any problems with the bike, I know Ryan will be there to help me sort them out.
When I purchased my bike I told Ryan my budget and he did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. We came up with $150 less than my budget, so it was nice that he didn't try to use up all my budget and even threw in some things on the shop! There is also the lifetime service that they do when you buy the bike from them. Their customer service is awesome and you will always be kept in the loop with your purchase.
Lots of shops to choose from in this valley, I choose this one for my mountain bike situations. Your shop vibe is right up my alley. Thanks guys.
