Terrible support service – I have subscribed to Korcett's upgraded internet service for quite some time now and honestly, it was a really terrible decision as both the service and Korcett's customer support is lacking in so many areas. Paying for my University's on-campus plan would have been cheaper and have afforded me faster speeds at wider swatches of time than Korcett.
