I was very happy that they came out promptly to check on my AC split unit, but when I got the part from the manufacturer, they didn’t want to put it in which ended up costing me another service charge to contact another company to install it. I would’ve appreciated it if they weren’t going to install it that they would’ve told me that before they came out.
