The staff is completely incompetent. Service is slow, they can’t get anyone’s order right, and the custard isn’t worth the wait and hassle. Go somewhere else.

It is a great place they hav e 3 different locations. I stop there was Ithaca friends when in Milwaukee area. The place is awesome. Staff wears white chef coats hats an bow tie ..like something fro. Th ed 50s . They're food is always great. Worth stopping in for frozen custard. Enjoy

This is the second time in a month that the young boys working the front counter couldn’t properly fill a simple one pint order. They are more concerned about talking amongst themselves than they are with doing their jobs. Highly disappointing.
