He's amazing. He expedited my STD & FMLA papers for work. He never has a problem calling or giving his personal number. Extremly friendly & funny. Listens & cares about your problems. Always has a BIG smile on his face. Very certious. Meds ARE never LATE.

I was told that I couldn’t get an appointment because I listed “anxiety” as one of my issues. I was told he strictly treats ADD only, so despite my focus & memory issues, me saying the word anxiety disqualified me from being seen by the Dr. -Never mind that I am a lay person describing my concerns. The voice on the other end of the phone was grating and unprofessional. Also definitely not licensed. I guess I dodged a bullet there. Still frustrating that it’s so hard to get earnest help for mental health in this county.

Dr.Koppersmith is the type of Doctor that works well with patient's that wholeheartedly understand their own situation. Explain what you are going through, what you may think will help, and he will guide you into the right direction. He is very mindful of those who are seeking to abuse drugs, so do not try to manipulate your situation. He will immediately ban you from his practice. I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, all of my insurance and payment information is processed accurately and smoothly. I fill out my recent medical history since my last appointment. When complete, I don’t wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Koppersmith listens to my explanation of my symptoms, he values my input when I express what all these symptoms feel like they translate to as far as a diagnosis. The front desk ladies are completely insinsetive and rude! I was late to my appointment due to a wreck and was in traffic for 45 minutes. I was 12 minutes late! They treated me as if I was complete and utter trash. I waited around to actually speak to the psychiatrist, he simply walked back to his office and said “NOPE”! I won’t be seeing you. He didn’t even have the decency to look me in the face! It’s all about money! They see you as another statistic and that’s it.Surprise, Surprise cash only
