Driving west on "40", through Pennsylvania, we ended up passing a town and we worried about whether we would find anything to eat anymore. Lo and behold, we found the Kopper Kettle! We spent a while, studying the menu, trying to decide just what we wanted. Right when we thought we knew how to order, the waitress asked us if we would like to try the "Sunday Special... Lasagna".
