Still fixing things in the home. Awesome customer service then when you get the home your on your own and start finding out the company does not know how to build a home for ND weather. The tiles were also set bad. When we talked to Kopper Creek they didnt fix it only danced around all the problems.
We may not have been able to build with Kopper Creek, but their service will keep them on our short list for when we do build. We weren't ready to build when we first talked to them but planned on builidng in about a year, they provided us with exceptional service from the very beggining. They walked us thorugh all of the models and we discussed what we were looking for. They even drew us a custom floor plan and helped us with the design process. Kopper Creek built our beautiful home in 2008 and worked with us from the design phase to the very last detail of the build. We bought a Highland triple-wide, set it on a full walk-out basement, added a garage on the first floor, added a sunroom off the dining room, added a deck off the master bedroom connected to the sunroom for a hot tub, and multiple changes on the interior. Our new home was installed in September of 2016. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!! Kopper Creek was amazingly wonderful to work with. Our floorplan is 100% custom designed to meet our needs. My laundry room is gigantic. My kitchen is glorious, I have a big kitchen island, a big pantry, I have a potfiller above the stove... Kopper Creek put in a custom fireplace in our living room that is beautiful. My master bathroom is my own personal spa with a giant shower and a huge soaker tub......
