Really disappointed today. Ordered a Coney Works and it came out like yesterday's (or last weeks) dog. Crispy and old. People, you really think you can smother something old with chili and think we won't still taste the old-ness? I thought Koppe Bridge was better than that.
Dropped by the Harvey location for lunch today. Wanted a "the works coney" but I don't eat fries so I politely asked if I could sub onion rings and pay the difference . Was very firmly told "no substitutions". I understood, so I asked if I could buy the coney by itself and order onion rings on the side. Again was told it came with fries and couldn't be substituted. I finally talked the girl into just leaving the fries off completely, but still paid for them. The coney was very good, but needless to say their customer service... read more
