If you love bed bugs and painted over roaches with little to no modern renovations this is a great place. The smells of uncleaned carpet paired with the dingy atmosphere gives this place a murky kind of feel. It served its purpose, but also wasted a lot of money due to all my furniture being infested. I’ve personally never had a problem with Nancy, she’s just doing what she has to. Every slumlord needs a scapegoat I guess. The location was the best thing about this place. Oh, get use to rust water as well.

Nancy is by far the rudest most unprofessional point of contact I have ever had with any apartment experience. She treats you like a dumb kid and she doesn’t help her words are belittling. Whether that’s her intention or not, I highly would recommend to look elsewhere. Also we rented for 2 years and never received cabinet door hinges so we just had open cabinets due to Covid…no repairs on the washing machine that reeked of mildew.
